The prospective publication dates of select Senate orders are announced below.
Generally, this information will be announced three days prior to publication. On the day of their respective publication, the decisions will normally be available on the website of the Federal Constitutional Court as of 9:30 a.m. and are sent via newsletter simultaneously.
