The Committee is working on the creation and ongoing development of APEB’s new website and its communications.

Dispute Resolution Committee (co-chaired by Gaëlle Bourout and Pierre‑Emmanuel Meynard, with contributions from Jean‑Frédéric Gaultier and Emmanuel de Marcellus)

Young Practitioners Committee

  • Setting up the committee and recruiting members
  • Organisation of a workshop on “Litigation Strategy and Case Management in Patent Matters” planned for early 2026, dedicated to key topics such as the implementation of different litigation strategies, advocacy and mediation techniques, communication with clients, and the sharing of experiences in relations between patent attorneys and industry representatives.
  • Organisation of a conference / round table bringing together young European patent practitioners from a variety of professional backgrounds, on topics of comparative law
