Conférence « Brexit and the Unified Patent Court (UPC) » le jeudi 6 avril 2017 – Centre For Commercial Law Studies (CCLS)

Une conférence intitulée Brexit and the Unified Patent Court (UPC) est organisée par le Centre for Commercial Law Studies, Queen Mary University of London, le jeudi 6 avril 2017 de 18h à 20h.

Elle se tiendra dans les locaux de l’University of London Institute in Paris (ULIP), 9-11, rue de Constantine, 75007 Paris.

Le programme est le suivant :

“On 28 November 2016 the UK Government confirmed that it is proceeding with preparations to ratify the Unified Patent Court (UPC) Agreement. This event will explain the key features of the UPC and assess the prospects for UK participation. It will consider how the Regulation on the European Patent with Unitary Effect could apply to the UK post-Brexit, what arrangements could be put in place so that the UK could participate in the UPC after Brexit and what would happen should the UK decide to leave the UPC.”
